My name is Michael but you can call me Treker for short if you want too. I work at K-mart and I'm a stock clerk there. I'm also a web designer. I do build websites and I do create and edit my own fan-made or music videos as my hobby. I hope someday I can get a career in web designing or film editing so that I can make more money.
I'm into astronomy because I love stargazing, and outer-space. The universe is a huge place and it is just a huge mystery to me that is another reason why I love astronomy. I love mysteries. I'm also into archeology because I love watching things on the Discovery channel about Egyptian, Roman times, and etc. This might be strange to you or you might think I'm crazy but I'm also into paranormal. I believe there are ghosts, spirits, angels, and demons. I would like to witness a haunting just to prove if they really exist or not but I might not go alone though. Most people believe they are just myths but some people like me believe they do exist. I love watching "A Haunting" on the Discovery channel.
Yes, I'm a Star Trek fan, mostly the right term is Trekker not Trekkie but it doesn't really matter which you can call me because I'm still a Star Trek fan anyways. I started watching Star Trek with my Dad and when Star Trek The Next Generation first premiered in 1987. The original Star Trek series was in 1966 but I wasn't around when it premiered but I watched the re-runs with my dad though. Since 1987 to this day, I have been watching the re-runs of Star Trek The Original Series, Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Deep Space Nine, Star Trek Voyager, Star Trek Enterprise, and including all the films. The real reason why I'm into Star Trek and inspired by it (not just because it is science fiction or entertainment) because it is about a guy named Gene Roddenberry (the creator of Star Trek) had a vision of a extraordinary and wondrous future that humanity is finally exploring the final frontier (outer-space), when everyone is working together, when disease, poverty, and war has been eliminated on Earth, when there is no more hunger, greed, prejudice, and intolerance, when money no longer exists, and when Earth and a handful of other worlds form an interstellar government called United Federation of Planets. Other reasons I inspired by Star Trek because I love science, space, astronomy, and Star Trek gave me a dream of me wanted to be an astronaut someday. Same reason I love Star Wars as well.
I also have grown up watching Superman, Batman, Justice League, Spiderman, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, and etc. I'm also inspired by Superheroes and especially Superman, Batman, and Spiderman because mostly of them like Superman want to make the world a safer and better place to live in and to build a blighter future like Gene Roddenberry's vision. They remind me the real life everyday heroes like the military, firefighters, police officers, the Red-cross, and the Coast Guard that put their lives on the line for us others.
I'm into other stuff like collecting comics, posters, DVDs, magazines, caps, flags, and maps. I'm also movie fanatic. I love any movie that is about science fiction, action, comedy, some horror, and some drama. I used to play soccer when I was in High School, Middle School, and Elementary. I was a pretty good at it even I never really have score but maybe just once and I do missed playing it too. I do love watching Football sometimes and I do love playing my Xbox 360, my Nintendo Wii, or my Playstation 3. I mostly play first-person shooters, massive multiplayer online role playing games, regular role playing games, sport games, and some strategy games.
I do love hanging out with my friends. I also love going to fast-food restaurants and nice restaurants a lot. I love any kind of music. My most favorite type of food is Country Food, Seafood, Italian, Pasta, and Pizza. I'm a chocolate lover. I love everything that is chocolate except mint chocolate.
The hot spots that I would love to travel and visit are Egypt, Rome, Italy, Greece, London, U.K., Paris, France, Ireland, Panama City Beach, Miami, Watt Disney World & Universal Studios - Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Bahamas, L. A., Hollywood, Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton, San Francisco, New York , and Washington, DC.
